All tiersApple Pay, MobilePay, card. Funds settle to your IBAN, not ours. Same-day payouts.
Pisteo runs on Stripe Connect Express. You are the merchant of record — funds settle directly to your IBAN. Pisteo's transaction fee is deducted as a Stripe application fee before settlement, so you never see us touch the money. You also keep full control of when in-app payment is even offered to the guest.
What's included
Hybrid payment mode
Per-restaurant toggle: Required, Preferred (default), or Off. Run Pisteo for ordering only and graduate to in-app payment when you're ready.
Split bill at checkout
Diner can split equally (1–6 shares) or pick individual items to pay for. Solves the most painful five minutes of any group meal.
Tipping
Three presets + custom. Available only when in-app payment is on. Roll-up reported separately to the bill.
Refunds + partial refunds
One-click refund from the admin orders board. Stripe handles the fund return automatically.
Reporting + VAT split
Monthly CSV combines in-app and cashier flows, line-item with correct Finnish VAT (14% food / 25.5% alcohol).
