Onboarding specialist (part-time)
~30 paying restaurantsWalking new restaurants from signup to first paid order. Menu import, brand setup, kitchen printer wire-up, first staff training. Part of customer support inbox.
Fractional sales director
When PLG funnel needs handsOutsourced, per-demo + commission. Pisteo is product-led from customer #11, but a fractional pro to chase the harder enterprise + chain accounts pays for themselves quickly.
Engineer #1
Late, carefulFull-stack TypeScript. Next.js + Postgres + Stripe Connect. The founder writes most of the code today; the first engineer joins when the build queue is the real bottleneck.
What it's like to work here
- · Async-first. Calls are a last resort. Email, Slack, WhatsApp, recorded walkthroughs.
- · Helsinki-based or fully remote. We'll never have an office in V1.
- · Generalists wanted. Specialist work is contracted; full-time roles wear multiple hats.
- · Equity for full-time hires from day one.
- · Automation-first by default. If something can be automated without compromising the diner or restaurant experience, it should be.
