Chef by training. Spent the 2000s in professional kitchens including Michelin-trained stints. Started Umami Catering as a private chef and catering operation in 2012, still running.
From 2017 to 2025 at Seidat Oy, a Finnish B2B SaaS for sales enablement. Started as project manager, ended as COO and head of customer success. Sat on the management team for the last years, led pricing strategy through three overhauls, ran the merger with 360 Visualizer.
Founded Easy Host Oy in parallel — short-term rental management across 9 Finnish cities, 56 listings. Pisteo is the product the chef-turned-COO has been carrying around as a better-way-to-do-this idea for a decade.

The next hires
We hire only when the workload from paying restaurants forces it. Part-time onboarding specialist at ~30 paying restaurants. Fractional sales director soon after. Engineering — careful and late. The plan is to stay small enough that the founder is in the support inbox for a long time.
